Heading to the Cedar City, UT temple for the Thompson – Landry wedding, I knew that it was going to be an extraordinarily special day. This gorgeous, incredibly in-love couple met while Kyle was on his mission a few years ago and planned a sweet, intimate wedding shared between themselves an

d their closest family and friends. After arriving at the temple, I couldn’t help but notice the love and heartfelt congratulations right away from everyone that was there, and more and more of those little details starting popping out.

“My dad helped make part of the wood for the centerpieces” said Hannah about the way the reception has been planned.  “The space will be decorated with a lot of little lights, and evergreen branches and pinecones.”

I find that one of the best things about small weddings is that they lend themselves to especially tender moments. They also somehow feel a little more at ease, and that’s exactly what the vibe was on this beautiful day in December.
